BTF Official Staff Requirements and Expectations

Applicant Requirements (Required)

• Must be the age of 16+ to keep a high expected maturity level.
  There are no exceptions to the age requirement.
• Must not be dishonest in any way, shape or form.
  Failure to meet this would result in a temporary blacklist.
• Must have been actively playing for the past 12 consecutive days.
• Must be known within the community.
• Must have a minimum of 100 hours.
• Must not have plagiarized any part of your application.

If you fail to meet any of the above, you may not apply.

Application Requirements (In-depth)

• Your application is expected to be precise, concise and complete in your answers.
  These also need to be well written with correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Feedback must be constructive to be acknowledged as useful feedback.
  Someone who puts a +1 (support/vouch) or -1 (negative support) without proper reasoning would not be accounted for when your application is evaluated.
• Any previous bans on our network—depending on severity, frequency, or recency—as well as your overall recent history of punishments, may affect the outcome of your application.
• If you list somebody as a reference, make sure they are willing to give you a response on your application.
  Without them explaining why they think you'll be a good staff member, there isn't much point in having them as a reference.
• You are expected to have an open mind, have an RP focused mindset, and be willing to learn and enforce rules with the best interest of the server.
